Using a scale, you will rate each of the 20 life areas from 0-10. Try to avoid 7 - this is the number easiest to pick without really thinking. Not picking it will encourage you to think more deeply about whether an area needs improvement or is genuinely fulfilling. Trust your instincts; don’t overthink each response.
