The Oxygen Advantage® programme has been used by elite athletes, special forces, and corporate professionals to improve performance. The training promises to provide specific breathing tools geared towards enhancing performance in various fields.

As an Oxygen Advantage® Functional Breathing Instructor when my clients feel overwhelmed by the demands of work, health and relationships I use breathing techniques to help them gain clarity and control.

OA breathing patterns can help people optimise all aspects of their lives including sleep, stress management, anxiety, menopause, neurodiversity through to performance at work and personal bests in sport.

About half of people breathe through their mouth while sleeping, which can lead to poor sleep.

A study found that over 70% of men and women had irregular breathing patterns.

75% of people with anxiety have a diagnosable breathing problem.

Working 1-2-1 or in groups I will teach you how to breathe for optimum performance in life using functional breathing techniques paired with a brilliant playlist for a fully immersive experience.
